The Opportunity

The People & Culture Business Partner (P&CBP) partners with the business, providing tactical and strategic advice to the Executive and senior leaders to achieve commercial goals.

There is a strong focus on developing leadership capability, improving employee engagement and embedding culture and behaviours that deliver commercial outcomes. On a day-to-day basis the role acts as subject matter expert and escalation point on HR matters and provides consulting/coaching, issue resolution, and support across the whole employee life cycle.

The P&CBP will develop a People strategy for their stakeholders, with plans that support engagement, workforce planning, employee relations and learning & development.

Please note this role is a 12 month maternity cover contract.
