As a Graduate Technical Service Professional
, you’ll be part of The HUB
— our in-house customer and technical support centre that sits at the core of everything we do. You’ll handle inbound customer queries across our Voice, Data, Mobile, Hosting, and Cloud services
, while learning to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in real time.
