The Opportunity  

Kickstart your engineering career and play a key role in supporting Macquarie Technology's Customer Mission Critical Services. You will play an integral part in the maintenance of facility infrastructure and in the response to any incidents related to the Data Centre facilities, learning from the very best engineers in the data centre business and gaining certifications in the process.  This role requires shift hours to ensure coverage of our facilities.

The role covers the three key areas:

1.      Continuous proactive facility maintenance and contractor coordination,

2.      Supporting the Facility Manager; and

3.      Response and Resolution of facility incidents related to Macquarie Data Centre (MDC) Facilities.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with emerging, new technologies and products, and experience opportunities to learn and grow while being supported by a highly motivated and diverse team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience in a Data Centre environment.
